Job Brief:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to lead real estate design and development projects in Thane. You will oversee master planning, structural coordination, and architectural execution for ongoing residential/commercial developments.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end architectural design, drafting, and execution for real estate projects.
Coordinate with structural engineers, contractors, and local authorities for municipal plan approvals.
Supervise site progress to ensure designs adhere to quality, safety, and budget standards.
Prepare detailed layout plans, 3D renderings, elevation drawings, and material specifications.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch).
7+ years of experience in real estate architectural design.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Photoshop.
In-depth knowledge of local building codes and municipal approval processes in Thane/MMR.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
