Maintain and update the reorder sheet.
Check current stock, sales, pending orders and goods in transit.
Suggest purchase quantities based on stock position, reorder requirements and upcoming demand.
Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) after Owner / Management approval.
Follow up with suppliers for production, dispatch and delivery.
Track China shipments, ETD, ETA and container status.
Update purchase entries in Tally / Excel.
Track pending, delayed and partially received POs.
Coordinate with warehouse after goods arrive.
Report shortages, delays and purchase problems promptly.
Avoid stock-outs, duplicate orders and excess purchasing.
Can Handle Independently: Prepare reorder recommendations; prepare POs; supplier follow-up; purchase records and updates; shipment and ETA tracking.
Requires Owner / Management Approval: Final purchase quantity; price changes; recent suppliers; major purchase orders; supplier payments.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
