Process Associate Eligibility: 12 th pass out and Graduate (Pass Out) Freshers and candidates with relevant experience in BPO or any service industry may apply Compensation: 15500 to 17500/- PM Age Criteria 18 to 25 years
Role Summary The selected candidates will be responsible for monitoring client sites through an AI-enabled automated platform to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of issues. The role includes system monitoring, client communication, report generation, process compliance, and proactive coordination to maintain high service standards and minimize escalations. Candidates will receive on-the-job training and continuous learning opportunities to enhance their skilled and technical skills.
Key Requirements Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office. Smart, active, disciplined, and dedicated individuals.
