Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain matrimonial services and membership plans.
Understand customer requirements and assist them in finding suitable matrimonial profiles.
Follow up with leads and existing customers to convert enquiries into memberships.
Maintain customer details, call records, and follow-up status in the system.
Provide timely assistance and resolve customer queries professionally.
Achieve assigned calling, follow-up, and membership conversion targets.
Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare daily call reports and update management on performance.

Qualification: Any degree with positive communication and customer-handling skills. Experience: Experience in telecalling, sales, or matrimonial services is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
