We are seeking an experienced SAP Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for SAP consulting, implementation, support, and development roles. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of SAP modules, sourcing strategies, and the ability to identify and attract top SAP talent across various domains.
Experience Required:
2 - 6+ years in IT recruitment with experience hiring SAP professionals.
Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for SAP positions.
Source, screen, and assess candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
Recruit for various SAP modules including:
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, project experience, certifications, and cultural fit.
Maintain candidate pipelines and talent pools for future requirements.
Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer rollouts.
Track recruitment metrics and ensure timely closure of positions.
Build relationships with SAP professionals and industry networks.
Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and recruitment processes.
Required Skills:
Solid understanding of SAP technologies, modules, and implementation lifecycle.
Experience using recruitment tools and ATS platforms.
Expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other job boards.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to handle multiple SAP requirements simultaneously.
Solid negotiation and candidate engagement skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience recruiting for SAP consulting firms, system integrators, or enterprise clients.
Knowledge of SAP certifications and SAP project roles.
Exposure to global hiring and contract staffing is an advantage.
