Position: Sales Executive

Role Overview A energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive is required to identify business opportunities, build customer relationships, and promote self-loading concrete mixers (SLCMs) and related construction equipment solutions. The role involves field sales, customer visits, lead generation, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop recent business opportunities in the assigned territory.
Promote and sell self-loading concrete mixers (SLCMs) and related construction equipment.
Build and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, infrastructure companies, dealers, and existing customers.
Conduct regular customer visits to understand requirements and generate sales leads.
Explain product features, advantages, and applications to prospective customers.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Follow up on enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order closures.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand.
Coordinate with internal sales, finance,



and service teams to support customer satisfaction.
Maintain customer databases, sales reports, and regular updates on sales activities.

Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: 1–3 years of sales experience; experience in construction equipment, heavy machinery, or related industries is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop customer relationships and generate business independently.
Knowledge of the Jalandhar market and surrounding areas will be an advantage.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
