Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical or Production Engineering

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Production Engineer with experience in electronics manufacturing, production planning, and assembly operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily production activities and achieve production targets.
Handle electronics assembly, PCBA/SMT, or final product assembly.
Monitor production quality, productivity, rejection, and downtime.
Identify process issues and implement corrective actions.
Apply 5S, Kaizen, and Lean Manufacturing practices.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Supply Chain teams.
Manage shop-floor manpower and prepare daily production reports.
Required Skills:
Experience in electronics manufacturing (EMS/OEM/ODM preferred).
Knowledge of production planning, process control, and quality tools.
Robust problem-solving and team-handling skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel; ERP/MRP knowledge is preferred.
