We are looking for a detail-oriented and target-driven E-commerce Sales Associate with valuable knowledge of MS Excel and VLOOKUP to support sales operations, analyze sales data, maintain reports, and contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and track daily sales performance across e-commerce platforms.
Prepare and maintain sales reports using MS Excel.
Use Excel formulas, including VLOOKUP, to manage and analyze sales data.
Track product-wise sales, orders, revenue, and performance.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and sales updates.
Analyze sales trends and identify opportunities to improve performance.
Maintain accurate sales records and ensure timely reporting.
Support promotional campaigns and sales growth initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline preferred.
6 months to 1 year of experience in e-commerce or sales operations.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas.
Ability to manage large datasets and prepare sales reports.
Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho.
Good analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
Attention to detail and a result-oriented approach.
