We are looking for a responsible and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our service centre.
Responsibilities:
Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
Prepare job cards and explain service and repair requirements.
Coordinate with technicians and the workshop team.
Provide customers with regular updates on service progress.
Ensure timely vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction.
Explain service costs and recommend necessary maintenance.
Preferred Candidate:
Experience in an automobile service centre or dealership.
Valuable knowledge of vehicle servicing and maintenance.
Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge and job card management skills
