Key Responsibilities
Support technical consultations and provide guidance to engagement teams on audit and accounting matters.
Identify opportunities to improve engagement quality and consistency. .
Assist in developing and updating technical guidance, engagement-related templates, methodologies, and quality manuals.
Monitor changes in professional standards, UAE regulations, and accounting developments, and support their implementation across the firm.
Support internal inspections, quality monitoring activities, and regulatory readiness.
Coordinate technical training sessions and contribute to the professional development of engagement teams.
Work closely with engagement teams across the UAE practice to strengthen engagement quality and compliance.
Participate in firm-wide projects relating to quality management, audit methodology, and technical excellence.
