Job Overview

We are looking for a result-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales of premium windows and door solutions under the Torfenster brand. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, developing relationships with architects, builders and contractors, conducting site visits, preparing quotations and converting enquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities
Generate current business leads through architects, interior designers, builders, contractors and direct customers.
Promote premium window and door solutions to residential and commercial project clients.
Understand customer requirements, project specifications and product preferences.
Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand project requirements.
Explain product features, materials, finishes, advantages and available options.
Prepare quotations and coordinate with the internal team for pricing and order processing.
Follow up with enquiries, quotations and prospective clients to close sales.




Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors and channel partners.
Coordinate with technical, measurement, production and installation teams as required.
Maintain records of leads, meetings, quotations, sales and follow-ups.
Achieve assigned sales targets and support business growth in the assigned territory.

Required Skills
Solid communication, negotiation and client-handling skills.
Experience in field sales, project sales or B2B sales.
Ability to generate leads and convert enquiries into orders.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Basic computer and reporting skills.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in any of the following industries will be preferred:
UPVC / Aluminium Windows & Doors
Glass, façade and architectural products
Building materials and construction products
Hardware, fittings and related building solutions
Interior products and project-based sales

Preferred Candidate: A proactive salesperson with good networking, follow-up and business development skills who can work with architects, builders, contractors and end customers. Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
