Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end purchasing and procurement activities for industrial equipment and engineering projects.
Develop and maintain supplier and vendor relationships.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules and commercial conditions.
Prepare and analyze quotations, comparative statements, purchase orders and cost estimates.
Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Project Execution and Stores teams.
Ensure timely procurement of raw materials, mechanical components, fabrication items and engineering equipment.
Monitor vendor performance, quality, delivery timelines and specification compliance.
Identify cost-saving prospects and implement effective procurement strategies.
