Key Responsibilities
Manage procurement of MS plates, HR coils, structural steel, pipes, tubes, purlins, bracing, fasteners, welding consumables, paints, and other fabrication materials.
Handle project-wise and site-wise purchasing for civil construction, erection, installation, and other in office requirements.
Coordinate with design, production, project managers, site engineers, and stores to ensure timely material availability.
Identify vendors, negotiate prices, and secure competitive rates, quality materials, and favourable credit terms.
Prepare purchase orders, compare quotations, track deliveries, and maintain procurement records.
Monitor material consumption, inventory, wastage, and purchase costs against project budgets.




Develop reliable supplier relationships and ensure uninterrupted workshop production and site execution.

Candidate Requirements
3 - 7 years of experience in purchase/procurement, preferably in PEB, steel fabrication, or industrial construction.
Knowledge of steel materials, fabrication consumables, construction materials, and site procurement.
Robust negotiation, vendor management, cost-control, and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and purchase documentation.
Ability to manage multiple projects, urgent site requirements, and delivery schedules.
