We are seeking a agile, presentable and customer-focused Sales & Client Relationship Executive to manage inbound enquiries, engage with premium clientele and deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
Lead Management & Warm Calling
Connect with inbound leads through warm calling (no cold calling).
Understand client requirements, preferences, budgets and purchase intent.
Nurture prospective buyers through timely and structured follow-ups.
Convert qualified enquiries into scheduled consultations and site visits.




HNI Client Handling & Site Visits
Personally host prospective buyers, HNI clients, farm owners and investors during site and factory visits.
Conduct qualified product walkthroughs and presentations.
Explain the features, functionality, design and value proposition of Nestable's modular homes.
Deliver a personalised and premium client experience.
CRM & Sales Pipeline Management
Maintain accurate and updated lead records using Excel-based trackers.
Record every enquiry, client interaction, follow-up and conversion status.
Ensure timely follow-ups and minimise lead leakage.
Prepare regular sales pipeline reports.
Product Consultation & Sales Coordination
Act as a trusted advisor by explaining modular construction, engineering features and design possibilities.
Address client queries and coordinate technical discussions with relevant teams.
Support the sales process from initial enquiry to closure.
Ensure seamless post-sale handover to the operations team.
