We are looking for an experienced and organized Purchase Manager to manage purchasing activities, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure the timely availability of required materials at competitive prices.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily purchasing activities and prepare purchase orders.
Coordinate with suppliers and negotiate prices and payment terms.
Compare quotations and select suitable suppliers.
Monitor stock levels and plan purchases according to business requirements.
Ensure timely delivery of materials.
Verify purchase invoices and coordinate with the accounts team.
Maintain purchase records and supplier details.
Coordinate with different departments to meet business requirements.
Monitor supplier performance and resolve purchase-related issues.




Control purchasing costs and maintain proper documentation.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in purchase or procurement.
Knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
Positive negotiation and communication skills.
Robust planning and coordination abilities.
Positive organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage suppliers and purchasing activities independently.
