Role: SA PMGR – Service Advisor (Periodic Maintenance & General Repair)

Job Summary: Handle customer service requirements related to periodic maintenance and mechanical repairs, ensuring customer satisfaction, service quality, and timely vehicle delivery.

Location: Chennai

Key Responsibilities
Receive customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
Explain periodic maintenance schedules and mechanical repair needs.
Prepare job cards, estimates, and service documentation.
Coordinate with technicians and workshop teams for repair progress.
Provide customers with regular service updates and explain invoices.
Ensure timely delivery and follow up on customer satisfaction.

Requirements
Experience as a Service Advisor in an automobile dealership preferred.
Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and mechanical repairs.
Valuable communication, customer-handling, and coordination skills.
Diploma or ITI in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
