Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Real Estate Sales Executives to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer requirements, promoting residential projects, arranging site visits, and converting prospective buyers into customers.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and follow up on leads through calls, digital platforms, referrals, and other channels.
Understand customers’ budgets, property preferences, and investment requirements.
Promote residential projects, including apartments, villas, and plots.
Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, amenities, and location advantages.
Schedule and coordinate customer site visits and project presentations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers.
Negotiate with customers and support the closure of property deals.
Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead details in CRM or sales reports.
Coordinate with channel partners, developers, and internal sales teams.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements




Any graduate; candidates with a background in sales or marketing are preferred.
Experience in real estate sales, property sales, or telecalling is an advantage.
Freshers with robust communication and sales skills may also apply.
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of Bengaluru’s real estate market is an added advantage.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and property site visits.
Ability to work with targets and handle customer objections.
