SMD Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and organized Service Coordinator to manage HVAC service operations, coordinate technicians, and ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily service calls and technician schedules.
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate with site engineers, technicians, and customers.
Track pending complaints, AMC visits, and service reports.
Prepare daily service reports and maintain service records.
Follow up on spare parts, materials, and service requirements.
Ensure timely communication and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in service coordination, preferably in the HVAC industry.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Knowledge of MS Excel, email, and basic reporting.
Ability to manage multiple service calls and follow-ups.
Robust organizational and problem-solving skills.
