Coordinate with warehouse engineers that are receiving and testing - servicing, fault analysis, and resolution of batteries and chargers.
Manage customers telephonically and respond to them giving timely updates with regards to batteries / chargers received and resolution being given.
Supervise a team of 3–4 warehouse service engineers performing battery/charger checks.
Prepare accurate MIS reports and submit to the management from time to time.
Ensure all service calls are attended to and closed in a timely manner, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Maintain MIS and other reports to track service performance and service call closures.
Continuously update technical knowledge and skills through training and learning about recent products.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
