Job Title: Program Manager Customer Program Management

Experience: 4–8 Years
Manage customer projects from kick-off to SOP in accordance with the GDPEP process.
Define internal project milestones and align timelines with customer requirements.
Lead cross-functional teams (CFT) to ensure timely completion of project deliverables.
Act as the primary point of contact for customer and internal project communications.
Coordinate sample builds with cross-functional teams as per customer project timelines.
Manage Engineering Change Notifications (ECN) and track implementation.
Ensure project milestones, deliverables, and timelines are effectively monitored.
Nominate cross-functional team members for customer projects.
Lead daily, weekly, and monthly project review meetings to track progress and resolve issues.
Maintain familiarity with VDA processes and applicable project management requirements.
