Key Responsibilities
Install, commission, inspect, and maintain centrifugal pumps at customer sites.
Diagnose and troubleshoot pump-related issues, including vibration, leakage, noise, overheating, and reduced performance.
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of centrifugal pumps and associated equipment.
Handle pump dismantling, assembly, alignment, and replacement of components such as mechanical seals, bearings, impellers, and shafts.
Conduct performance checks and assist in pump testing and commissioning activities.
Prepare service reports, inspection reports, and maintenance documentation.
