Should be fluent in English & one additional Language ( Telugu / Malayalam / Kannada)
Should have experience in System Knowledge.
Order Processing: Handle and track current sales orders, confirm prices, and check delivery dates.
Customer Care: Answer client questions, solve complaints, and share status updates.
Data Management: Update customer details and track sales data in the company CRM system.
Team Support: Schedule meetings, prepare pitch decks or brochures, and write reports
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
