Woking Hours - EST time zone (Either 2:00p.m to 10:00p.m IST / 5:30p.m to 2:30 IST)
Hands-on graph engineer responsible for implementing the graph data layer, including data modeling, ingestion, and performance optimization. Baxter is seeking programmers (Cypher), not administrators.

Required Qualifications
8+ years of data engineering experience
Robust, demonstrable hands-on Neo4j experience (programming, not administration)
Expertise in graph data modeling (nodes, relationships, indexing strategies)
Proficiency in the Cypher query language
Experience handling structured and unstructured data sources
Knowledge of data pipelines (ETL/ELT)
Familiarity with APIs and/or event-driven ingestion
Experience working in AWS settings
Responsibilities:
Design and implement graph data models
Integrate multiple data sources into the graph platform
Optimize query performance and scalability
Collaborate on integration with the Subscription Worker
