Lead, manage, and motivate the personal loan sales team to achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
Drive personal loan sourcing through inbound and outbound leads, telecalling, and digital campaigns.
Monitor daily team performance, lead conversion, login-to-disbursement ratios, and productivity.
Train team members on sales pitches, product knowledge, customer handling, and objection management.
Ensure proper follow-up with customers and coordinate with credit, risk, and operations teams for smooth loan processing.
Track sales MIS, daily reports, team productivity, and target achievement.
Identify performance gaps and implement strategies to improve conversions and revenue.
Ensure compliance with company policies, KYC requirements, and applicable lending guidelines.
Maintain customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the loan process.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹58,000.00 per month
