Job Summary:

Sky Ocean Shipping is looking for a proactive and experienced Senior HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, performance management, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Handle employee attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
Coordinate payroll processing, salary revisions, and employee incentives with the accounts team.
Address employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.
Monitor employee performance, appraisals, and probation evaluations.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company HR policies.
Maintain employee records, HR reports, and personnel files.




Coordinate employee engagement activities and support employee retention.
Handle employee exit formalities and full and final settlements.
Support the implementation and improvement of HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–4 years of relevant HR experience.
Experience in shipping, logistics, or freight forwarding will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office applications.
Solid communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
