Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR skilled to manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning.
Handle onboarding, employee documentation, and exit formalities.
Oversee HR operations, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
Manage employee engagement, grievance handling, and retention initiatives.
Drive performance appraisals, training, and employee development.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and HR policies.
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and workforce analytics.
Support management in HR strategy and organizational development.

Educational Qualification Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline. Both graduates and postgraduates are eligible.

Required Skills
8–10 years of relevant HR experience.
Robust knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, payroll coordination, and labour law compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and HRMS tools.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
