Mr Kirana is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior HR Manager with a solid background in the FMCG industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policies to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and processes.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee records.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
Manage performance appraisals, employee engagement, and retention.
Plan workforce requirements in coordination with management and department heads.
Support sales and field-force recruitment for the FMCG business.
Monitor employee performance and implement HR improvement initiatives.
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and workforce analytics for management.
Coordinate employee training,



development, and organisational growth.

Requirements
Minimum 4 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the FMCG sector.
Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, and employee management.
Practical understanding of payroll processes and labour law compliance.
Experience handling sales teams, field staff, and workforce planning is preferred.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS software.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR responsibilities.
