Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. or Diploma in Civil Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise civil construction and site execution.
Manage RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and external development.
Handle interior and finishing works, including flooring, tiling, painting, and plumbing coordination.
Ensure quality standards, project timelines, and safety compliance.
Coordinate with contractors, architects, vendors, and site teams.
Manage material planning, quantity checking, billing support, and site documentation.
Requirements:
Solid experience in real estate or building construction.
Proven expertise in civil execution, interiors, and finishing works.
Positive knowledge of drawings, quality control, and contractor management.
Solid leadership and problem-solving skills
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
