Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage the company's social media accounts, create engaging content, increase online visibility, and support digital marketing activities across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and update company social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Create and schedule posts, stories, reels, videos, and other engaging content.
Prepare social media content calendars and ensure regular posting.
Write creative captions, descriptions, and hashtags.
Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and the marketing team for content creation.
Monitor comments, messages, and customer engagement on social media platforms.
Track social media trends, competitor activities, and new content ideas.
Support social media campaigns, promotions, product launches, and brand awareness activities.
Monitor social media performance and prepare regular reports.
Analyze engagement,



reach, followers, and other performance metrics.
Ensure that all content follows company branding and communication guidelines.
Assist with paid social media campaigns when required.

Required Skills
Valuable knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Basic knowledge of social media marketing and content planning.
Valuable writing, communication, and creative skills.
Knowledge of hashtags, reels, stories, and social media trends.
Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools is preferred.
Basic knowledge of Meta Business Suite is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualification & Experience
Graduate in any stream preferred.
1–3 years of relevant experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Freshers with positive social media knowledge and creativity can also apply.
A portfolio or examples of previously managed social media accounts will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
