Roles & Responsibilities
Lead Instrumentation & Automation maintenance activities across the plant.
Configure, modify, troubleshoot, and optimize PLC, DCS, and SCADA systems.
Ensure reliable operation of field instruments, analyzers, weigh feeders, and control systems.
Handle preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of instrumentation equipment.
Drive process optimization through automation and advanced control strategies.
Manage annual shutdowns, instrumentation projects, and system upgrades.
Monitor equipment reliability and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
Lead and mentor a team of instrumentation engineers and technicians.
Coordinate with production, electrical, mechanical, and OEM teams for effective plant operations.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements.
