Role & responsibilities
Handle CNC machine retrofitting, modernization, and upgradation projects.
Work with CNC controllers, servo drives, servo motors, and related automation systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot CNC machine electrical and control-related issues.
Execute CNC controller installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning.
Work on CNC turning centres, VMCs, HMCs, grinding machines, and other CNC equipment.
Understand machine electrical drawings, control circuits, and CNC system integration.
Coordinate with customers to understand technical requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Conduct site visits, machine inspections, technical assessments, and project execution.
Provide technical support during installation, commissioning, and after-sales service.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely project completion.
Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in CNC engineering, CNC retrofitting, or CNC machine maintenance.
Candidates with robust hands-on CNC retrofitting expertise will be preferred, even if their total experience is slightly lower.
Experience in Mitsubishi CNC controllers and industrial automation will be an advantage.
