Role & responsibilities
Minimum 5years of software development experience with at least 3years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow application development and implementation.
Robust experience in building and customizing applications on the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript.
Hands-on Experience with ServiceNow modules beyond ITSM (HRSD, CSM, CMDB, ITOM, ITAM, etc.), Service Portal, UI components, and ServiceNow application development.
Experience with ServiceNow scripting including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Glide APIs, and Flow Designer.
Experience in building and consuming integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and third-party systems.
Robust understanding of JavaScript concepts with focus on reusable components and scalable solutions.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to work effectively in Agile development environments and collaborate with cross-functional team
