Job Summary We are seeking a ServiceNow ITOM Event Management Architect to lead solution architecture and design, enhancing enterprise event management and observability capabilities within an existing ServiceNow ITOM workplace.

Responsibilities
Solid experience in ServiceNow ITOM architecture, with deep expertise in Event Management.
Strong understanding of event processing, including ingestion, normalization, deduplication, correlation, enrichment, alert management, and incident generation.
Experience designing integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise monitoring or observability tools.




Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform architecture, data model, integration framework, and configuration capabilities.
Good knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, ITSM, and service health relationships.
Experience designing event-to-alert-to-incident workflows and business service impact visibility.
Understanding of AIOps capabilities, including anomaly detection, intelligent correlation, alert noise reduction, analytics, and operational insights.
