Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Architect who can design, implement, and improve IT monitoring and Event Management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design and manage ServiceNow ITOM Event Management solutions.
Integrate ServiceNow with monitoring tools to detect IT issues.
Configure event processing, alert correlation, noise reduction, and incident creation.
Work with CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
Use AIOps to improve monitoring and automate issue resolution.
Lead technical design, integrations, and architecture decisions.
Guide development teams and work with business stakeholders.
Mandatory Skills
ServiceNow ITOM Event Management Architecture
CMDB, Discovery & Service Mapping
AIOps, Event Correlation & Alert Management
Experience with REST APIs, MID Server, JavaScript, and Flow Designer.
Solid solution architecture and integration experience.
