Senior Architect – Real Estate

Role: Senior Architect

Experience: 5–10 Years

Key Responsibilities
Lead architectural planning and design for residential and commercial real estate projects.
Prepare architectural layouts, floor plans, elevations, and working drawings.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, civil, and other project teams.
Ensure designs comply with building codes, local regulations, and approval requirements.
Review drawings and designs prepared by junior architects and design teams.
Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and design preferences.
Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure design implementation.
Liaise with consultants, contractors, and government authorities for approvals.
Ensure projects meet quality standards, timelines, and budget requirements.
Identify design issues and provide practical solutions.
Manage design revisions and maintain updated project documentation.




Monitor construction activities to ensure alignment with approved drawings.
Stay updated on architectural trends, materials, and sustainable design practices.

Required Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch).
Robust knowledge of architectural design and construction processes.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other relevant design software.
Knowledge of building regulations, development control rules, and approval processes.
Solid project coordination and team management skills.
Valuable communication and client-handling abilities.
Problem-solving, planning, and decision-making skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
Knowledge of real estate development and site execution.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
