We are seeking a high-performing, results-driven Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales pipeline, nurturing key client relationships, and closing high-value deals. Experience in hotel sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities
Robust network of corporate clients, travel agents, tour operators and MICE accounts.
Ability to achieve revenue targets and develop recent market segments.
Experience in key account management, sales strategy and market analysis.
Excellent negotiation, presentation and client relationship skills.
Preferred Profile
Candidates from reputed hospitality brands, preferably Taj, Marriott,
IHCL or similar hotel groups.
Knowledge of Goa, Maharashtra and other key hospitality markets will be an advantage.
Strong commercial acumen, a target-oriented approach and a passion for hospitality.
Ability to work collaboratively with Sales, Reservations, Front Office and Operations teams.
Location: Goa / Dodamarg and other locations as per business requirements. Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
