Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive sales, develop client relationships, and increase revenue for Woodies Bleisure Hotel.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Identify and approach potential corporate clients, travel agencies, and event partners.
Build and maintain robust client relationships.
Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
Promote hotel rooms, banquet facilities, and other services.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Prepare sales reports and track performance against targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Relevant experience in hotel sales, hospitality, or business development.
Robust communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to achieve sales targets and generate new business.
Valuable networking and client relationship management skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
