Oversee daily operations of CNC machines on the shop floor, ensuring effective production and quality output.
Coordinate with machine operators to troubleshoot issues, resolve problems, and optimize machine performance.
Collaborate with other departments (Machine Shop, Assembly Line) to ensure smooth plant operations and meet production targets.
Monitor machine performance metrics (e.g., productivity, accuracy) and implement improvements to increase efficiency.
