Responsibilities
Gather business requirements and implement Salesforce solutions.
Configure and maintain Sales Cloud features, workflows, and approval processes.
Build reports, dashboards, and custom objects.
Develop integrations with ERP and enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Develop custom functionality using Apex, Triggers, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components.
Support data migration, security configuration, testing, and deployments.
Troubleshoot Salesforce, data, and integration issues.
Support Service Cloud features, including Cases and assignment rules.
