Job Responsibilities
Appoint new distributors across Jharkhand to expand the company's distribution network.
Identify potential distributors and develop robust business relationships.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Manage distributor performance and ensure regular business growth.
Conduct market visits to identify recent business opportunities.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and product demand.
Coordinate with distributors to ensure product availability and market coverage.
Submit regular sales reports and updates to management.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG sales.
Experience in food grains, flour, rice, pulses, or other food products is preferred.
Proven experience in distributor appointment and channel development.
Robust communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Must have a personal bike and an Android smartphone.
Educational Qualification
Minimum Graduate in any discipline from a recognised university.
Candidates with an MBA in Sales & Marketing will be preferred.
Candidates with relevant FMCG sales experience and a strong track record in distributor appointment may also be considered.
