Role & responsibilities
Solid hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
Advanced knowledge of Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and asynchronous processing.
Strong hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Strong knowledge of SOQL/SOSL.
Experience with Salesforce Flows and declarative development.
Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling and platform capabilities.
Experience developing and consuming REST/SOAP APIs.
Strong understanding of Salesforce security and sharing architecture.
Knowledge of Salesforce governor limits and performance optimization.
Experience with Salesforce deployment and release-management processes.
Experience with Git/source control and CI/CD.
Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring Salesforce developers.
Valuable to Have
Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or other Salesforce products.
Exposure to Salesforce Industries/Vlocity, CPQ, Revenue Cloud, Data Cloud, or Marketing Cloud based on project requirements.
Experience with MuleSoft or other middleware/integration platforms.
Experience with Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, GitHub, Azure DevOps, or similar DevOps tooling.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum settings.
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect, or System Architect.
