We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented Salon Manager to join our team!
Job Responsibilities:
Manage daily salon operations smoothly and efficiently.
Handle client appointments, customer service, and feedback.
Lead, motivate, and manage salon staff.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and service quality.
Achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Build robust relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage inventory, billing, and staff schedules.
Requirements:
Previous experience in salon or beauty industry management preferred.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Solid customer service and team management abilities.
Qualified attitude with a passion for beauty and wellness.
Location: The Glam Luxe Signature Salon Experience: 6 to 7 years
Salary: Best in the Industry / As per Experience
