We are looking for a hands-on Shopify SME with strong experience in Shopify platform administration and production support. The role will support approximately two Shopify environments , ensuring smooth operations, integrations, access management, and routine maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
Setup, administer, and maintain Shopify environments.
Manage Shopify apps, users, roles, permissions, and access .
Monitor and troubleshoot APIs and third-party integrations .
Perform routine setting and data maintenance .
Provide ongoing operational and production support.
Troubleshoot platform, app, API, and integration issues.
Coordinate with internal teams and third-party providers for issue resolution.
Maintain technical/support documentation.
Mandatory Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Shopify / Shopify Plus .
Shopify environment administration and support.
Shopify app and access management.
Experience with REST/GraphQL APIs, webhooks, and integrations .
Production support and troubleshooting experience.
Good understanding of workplace and data maintenance.
Robust communication and problem-solving skills.
