Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting the right products and provide excellent customer service.
Drive store sales through product knowledge and effective selling techniques.
Handle sales, cashier operations, shipping, and receiving activities.
Support the onboarding and training of recent retail associates.
Coordinate daily activities and support team members on the shop floor.
Assist with loss prevention and handle customer service issues.
Maintain product knowledge and follow store procedures.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
12th Pass or equivalent qualification.
Valuable English communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office.
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform routine store activities.
