About the Role

Rabab Studios is looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media Manager to manage the company's social media presence, develop engaging content strategies, and strengthen brand visibility across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Develop content calendars, social media strategies, and posting schedules.
Coordinate with the creative team for reels, videos, graphics, and promotional content.
Write engaging captions, copy, and platform-specific content.
Monitor engagement, reach, and performance analytics.
Stay updated with social media trends, hashtags, and digital marketing strategies.
Manage audience interactions, comments, and messages.




Track campaign performance and suggest improvements to increase engagement and brand awareness.

Requirements
Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Solid knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
Excellent communication, writing, and content-planning skills.
Understanding of reels, short-form videos, and digital content promotion.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of paid social media campaigns is an added advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
