We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Non-IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for non-IT positions. The candidate will also be responsible for posting job openings on Naukri and other recruitment portals to attract suitable candidates.
Key Responsibilities
Post job openings on Naukri and other job portals.
Source candidates through Naukri, job portals, employee referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates' skills, experience, and salary expectations.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
Meet recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of open positions.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Any graduate with valuable communication skills.
Experience in Non-IT recruitment is preferred; freshers with a solid interest in recruitment may also apply.
Basic knowledge of Naukri and other job portals.
Valuable sourcing, screening, and candidate coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple job openings and meet deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
