Job Responsibilities;
IT Operations & Team Management
Lead and manage technical teams responsible for business applications and IT systems.
Ensure smooth IT operations, service delivery, and compliance with SLAs.
Handle technical incidents, system enhancements, and troubleshooting.
Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
Work closely with internal teams to improve IT services and support business needs.
IT Projects & Applications
Manage IT projects from planning to delivery, ensuring timelines and business requirements are met.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, service providers, and other stakeholders.
Oversee the development, testing, maintenance, and improvement of business applications.
Recommend new technologies and solutions to improve efficiency and business performance.
Manage project delivery using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Global Team Collaboration
Lead and coordinate technical teams across different locations and time zones.
Build solid working relationships with global stakeholders and business teams.
Communicate project updates, technical issues, and solutions effectively.





Requirements
10+ years of experience in IT, including at least 5 years in a managerial or team leadership role.
Strong experience in IT operations, application management, and enterprise-level projects.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems, the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and software testing.
Knowledge of Microsoft technologies and SQL Server-related tools, including SSAS, SSIS, and SSRS, is an advantage.
Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
Experience managing technical teams and working with global stakeholders.
Experience in apparel sourcing or retail supply chain is an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
