Make inbound and outbound calls to potential customers and explain company services.
Understand customer requirements, generate leads, and convert prospects into sales.
Follow up with customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate customer records and daily call reports.
Requirements
Diploma or any graduate.
Positive Tamil communication skills with basic to valuable English proficiency.
Spoken Knowledge of Hindif, Telugu is an added advantage.
Robust communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge and a target-oriented mindset.
