We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the migration of legacy Oracle Forms applications to up-to-date Python/Django web applications.

Key Responsibilities
Manage Client expectations
Manage end-to-end project planning, execution, delivery, and stakeholder communication.
Exposure to Quality process & compliance metrics.
Coordinate & oversee Python/Django development, API integration, and database-related activities.
Work closely with business analysts, architects, developers, QA, and DevOps teams.
Manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
Ensure functional parity, testing, data integrity, and successful production deployment.
Drive migration strategy, release planning, cutover,



and post-go-live support.

Required Skills
Fluent in communication & excellent articulation skills
Robust experience in project management through appropriate tools & techniques.
Knowledge of Python, Django, REST APIs, and up-to-date web application architecture.
Experience in legacy application modernization or migration projects
Exposure to SDLC & relevant process
Excellent stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge in Oracle Forms, Database & PL/SQL is an added advantage
Exposure to AI tools like Co-pilot & Chat GPT
