We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Technical Recruiter with 24 years of experience in end-to-end technical hiring. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and experience recruiting for various technology roles.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and other channels.
Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on technical and business requirements.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical talent.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer rollouts.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.




Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and ATS data accurately.
Meet hiring targets and recruitment KPIs within defined timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in technical recruitment.
Strong expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other recruitment platforms.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced, target-driven setting.
Robust understanding of technical skill sets and market trends.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in IT services, consulting, or product-based organizations.
Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods will be preferred.
